William shoots Four Seasons Hotel

Grain Bar & Mode Kitchen and Bar, located in The Four Seasons at the Rocks, Sydney, has opened overseen by Head Chef Francesco Minnelli complete with a Luchetti Grelle-Designed interior. William collaborated with stylists Emma Knowles and Vivien Walsh to shoot the lifestyle, interiors and cocktail menu in the beautifully renovated space.

William Meppem showcases Bert's

Photographer William Meppem is known for his exceptional eye for beauty, hence Merivale commissioning him to shoot their stunning new Bar and Brasserie, Bert's. Overlooking Pittwater and the grounds of the Newport, the space is reminiscent of the grand hotel dining rooms of the 1930's. Stylist Vivien Walsh worked closely with executive chef Jordan Toft, to plate up his first class European coastal menu.
